TOKEO Product family

Intelligent NH fuse switch disconnectors for every application: The TOKEO product family offers tailored solutions for modern power distribution systems – from cost-effective basic applications to high-performance specialized solutions. The TOKEO family stands for intelligent modularity, easy retrofitting, and innovative measurement technology.

With the TOKEO product family, we are introducing a new switching mechanism: parallel-guided switching. With parallel-guided switching, the two contact blades of a fuse link are separated simultaneously by the system as soon as the switch disconnector is operated. The switching process runs synchronously and in a controlled manner, enabling a high load-breaking capacity.

Easiest installation with maximum compatibility

Thanks to the very low height of our flat PLPlano measurement module (requiring less than 5 mm of additional space above compared to conventional strips), TOKEO fits into almost any low-voltage distribution system.

Fastest preparation for safe cable fault location

Thanks to the very easily galvanically isolatable measurement module (only a single piece needs to be pulled out and latched into a safe parking position), voltage impulses of up to 5 kV can be applied directly to the connected cables without endangering the sensitive measurement electronics.

Most efficient replacement and retrofitting of measurement modules

The PLPlano modules can not only be removed easily but just as effortlessly reattached — and both operations can be performed during live operation, without having to disconnect the switch disconnector from the network. This makes later replacement of our measurement modules, for example when converting the bus system, incredibly simple.

Highest safety for maintenance personnel

Thanks to the parallel-guided switching mechanism, the fuse link is separated on both sides almost simultaneously, effectively halving the arc voltage. In addition, the touchguard integrated into the switch cover prevents accidental contact with live parts (IP2X).

No open Ends

Short-circuiting the current transformers is not required, even with a galvanically isolated
measurement module. Thanks to the innovative interface, the transformers are permanently burdened, ensuring that open-circuit operation with hazardous touch voltages is prevented.
