WORKING AT JEAN MÜLLER 

Trusting working conditions in a healthy and safe working environment are important to us. Our success is based on the commitment and expertise of our employees. A company can only develop sustainably if the people within the company also develop. That is why promoting our employees is so important to us. There are no predetermined career paths because people change as they take on new tasks. We take this fact into account by ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to develop in any direction. We often recruit managers from within our own ranks. 

EDUCATION 

As one of the largest educating companies in the Rheingau region (currently around 15 trainees), we offer you a practical introduction to the world of work with good prospects and many opportunities for further education. We often hire around 4-6 trainees per year, most of whom we are able to offer a permanent position. 

WORK-LIFE BALANCE 

We take work-life balance into account through our employee-friendly home office policy and flexible working hours, among other things. We support families with a subsidy for childcare fees, for example. We also hold regular family celebrations. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

Proactive health protection and the safety of our employees are our top priority. In addition to the benefits required by law, we also offer various additional, voluntary health benefits, including outside the workplace (e.g. Wellpass). 

SOCIAL COMMITMENT 

Social commitment in the Rheingau region is particularly close to our hearts. We have deep roots in the Rheingau and want to contribute to improving the quality of life here in the long term. We are happy to support individual projects run by various associations and social projects, as well as cultural initiatives. With a balanced donation policy, JEAN MÜLLER aims to contribute to the common good in the Rheingau region.
