Our 634 employees worldwide – 545 of whom are based in Eltville – build the foundation of our success. The strong presence at our main location fosters development, production, and collaboration.
Management systems
Our Eltville facility is certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001. This means we meet high standards for quality, environmental protection, occupational safety, and energy management.
High recycling rate
90.1% of all waste in 2025 was recycled or reused. This underscores our consistent focus on resource conservation and circular economy.
Broad collective bargaining coverage
92.11% of employees at the Eltville site are covered by collective bargaining agreements. This ensures reliable working conditions and fair, transparent compensation.
